Online retail
We list and sell general-merchandise goods to U.S. consumers through the Amazon marketplace, under our own seller account.
Wyoming, USA · U.S. wholesale sourcing
Apex Meridian Trading LLC is a U.S.-registered online retailer. We buy from vetted American wholesale distributors and sell to customers across the United States — invoiced inventory, domestic shipping, no gray market in between.
We are a retail business, not a broker. We take ownership of what we sell, we hold the invoice for it, and we answer for the delivery.
We list and sell general-merchandise goods to U.S. consumers through the Amazon marketplace, under our own seller account.
We buy at wholesale from U.S. distributors and authorized suppliers, on invoice, with a valid resale certificate on file.
Orders ship from U.S. warehouses to U.S. addresses. We track every shipment against the delivery date the customer was promised.
Every item follows the same four steps. Nothing gets listed that hasn't cleared all of them.
We read live marketplace and search demand to decide what is actually worth stocking, then screen out restricted, hazardous and brand-protected goods before anything else happens.
Candidate suppliers are scored on reliability, stock accuracy, delivery performance, product-match accuracy, returns handling and invoicing. Anyone who can't issue a proper wholesale invoice is out.
We compare the qualified suppliers on landed cost — unit price, freight, marketplace fees and a returns reserve — and buy from the one that holds up on both price and service.
Price, stock and handling time follow the active supplier and update continuously. If a supplier slips on stock or transit time, the listing changes or comes down the same day.
General merchandise, weighted toward compact, non-regulated everyday goods.
We do not handle hazardous materials, firearms, prescription products, food or dietary supplements, or any item that requires a licence we don't hold.
Open for wholesale accounts
We're opening wholesale accounts with U.S. distributors and manufacturers. If you supply general merchandise and can ship direct to our customers, we'd like to talk. Here is what we bring to the application, up front:
Everything below is on public record with the Wyoming Secretary of State.
One mailbox handles everything — wholesale accounts, purchase orders and customer questions. We aim to reply within one business day.
Plain-language versions of the terms we operate under. Questions about any of them — email us.
We ship within the United States only. Orders are fulfilled from our suppliers' U.S. warehouses and handed to national carriers — typically UPS, USPS or FedEx — within the handling time shown on the listing.
Tracking is shared as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout is the one we hold ourselves to.
Need to change a delivery address? Email us before the order ships; once a parcel is with the carrier it usually can't be redirected. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll take it up with the carrier — you won't be left to chase it yourself.
Purchases are made through the marketplace where our offer is listed, and returns follow that marketplace's policy and return window. For Amazon.com orders, start the return from Your Orders in your Amazon account.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging. If something arrives damaged, defective or simply not what you ordered, that's our cost to put right — email us and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is processed, on the marketplace's standard timeline.
When you buy from us through a marketplace, we receive only what the order needs: your name, delivery address and order contact details. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
We use this information to fulfil orders, provide support and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. It is shared only with the supplier and carrier fulfilling your order and with the providers that run our email — never sold, and never used for advertising.
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion of anything we're not legally required to keep, email us at the address above. Our site and products are not directed at children under 13.
